Meaning of this name is unknown.

Garett says: Charging Lion
Mike Folmar says: Ramlov is of Russian orgin. I know this because its my family name orgin, according to my family tree. The name changed to Volmar when the Ramlovs fled to Bavaria circa 1500-1600's, where they became dukes. In 1750, my portion of the family broke off after pissing the monarchy off and fled to America, where we changed the name to Folmar. So essentially, Folmar, Volmar, Vollmar, and Volmer all are of Russian decent from the Ramlov house. Cheers.
