2. How can I add a new name using wikimedia engine?

First you should use the search box and type there the desired name. If the search engine does not find your name, then click on "create this page". You should also check the common format for new entries.

3. How can I edit the details about an existing name?

Go the page where the name is and push the edit button on the top.

4. I don't know the meaning of my name, should I add it anyway to Namespedia?

This site is visited from very different people, from all over the world, different cultures, different education and computer usage levels. So making the site very restrictive will result in less information, because many people are not familiar with mediawiki engine or they simply don't have time to format their contribution. But as the site grows, we get more editors and the information will be more accurate and the site will look much cleaner.
